Refund Policy

1. Free Trial

All users receive 1,000 free credits daily to test the service. We recommend using the free trial before purchasing credits.

2. No Refunds Policy

Due to the nature of digital credits, all purchases are final and non-refundable once credits are added to your account.

3. Technical Issues

If you experience technical problems that prevent you from using purchased credits, contact support within 7 days of purchase. We will investigate and may issue a refund at our discretion.

4. Payment Errors

If you were charged but did not receive credits, contact support immediately with your transaction ID. We will resolve the issue within 48 hours.

5. Exceptions

Refunds may be granted in cases of:

  • Duplicate charges
  • Critical software bugs preventing use
  • Service discontinuation
